Board of Directors meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:30 p.m. Meetings take place bi-monthly in the following months: January, March, May, and July The Budget Meeting is held mid-September, followed by the Annual Meeting at the end of September. The final Board meeting of the year is held in October.

Board Elections & Annual Meeting Information

Board members are elected by the membership at the Annual Meeting, which is held at the end of September. The exact date varies each year but always takes place during the final week of the month.

In August, a packet containing important paperwork for the Budget Meeting and Annual Meeting is mailed to each owner. This packet includes the date, time, and meeting details, along with materials for residents to review in advance and bring to the meetings for questions or clarification.
