Welcome to the Lake Park West Condominiums website! Our community was established in  1971 in the Village of Germantown WI.  We current have 24 condominium buildings as well as garage buildings, recreational lodge, maintenance garage and other common areas which include roads.   Our amenities include a rentable party room, lake access, scenic lake view walking path, out door pool, indoor pool (currently being updated) as well as a small work out room.
